The event host is the merchant of record. Podium Events is software and payments plumbing — not the sponsor, not a 501(c)(3), and not the party who remits sales, amusement, or charitable-solicitation filings unless a written addendum says otherwise.

The Salem Civic Club hosts this outing to raise operating money for local youth sports. The civic club is the event sponsor and the merchant of record. Podium Events (Will Mahurin, Salem, Missouri) only provides the registration page and Stripe Connect plumbing. We are not the sponsor, and we are not a 501(c)(3).

Saturday, October 10, 2026 · shotgun start 8:00 a.m. · Salem Country Club. Lunch included with admission. Optional hole and cart sponsor packages put your logo on the event page and the confirmation email.

Raffle tickets, if offered at the clubhouse, are sold and licensed by the host. This page does not run a drawing and does not guarantee a winner.
