What we collect and why

Podium Events (Will Mahurin, Salem, Missouri) collects information to run event registration: attendee name, email, phone, ticket selections, optional donation amounts, optional sponsor package details, and sponsor logos. We collect technical logs needed to operate checkout and prevent abuse. We collect payment tokens through Stripe Elements; we do not store primary account numbers.

We collect this data to run the event for the host: show the public event page, take registration, confirm payment, email the registrant, and give the host a roster.

Who we share with

We share registrant and sponsor data with the event host. We share payment-related data with Stripe, the payment processor. The host is the merchant of record. We do not sell registration lists in v1. We do not sell email lists in v1.

What we are not

We are not the event sponsor. We are not a 501(c)(3) by virtue of hosting a fundraiser page. Charitable solicitation and raffle licensing stay with the host.

Retention and contact

We keep registration records as long as needed to operate the platform, handle refunds and disputes, and meet bookkeeping needs. To ask about data we hold, contact the platform operator in Salem, Missouri. Hosts may also have their own privacy duties to attendees.
